The success he had achieved within the organization was fulfilling, yet it also fanned the flames of his entrepreneurial spirit. He realized that to truly build something unique, he needed to broaden his strategic understanding. This led him to pursue an MBA in Marketing, equipping himself with advanced business acumen, industry insights, and a fresh perspective on branding, positioning, and customer engagement.

Armed with new knowledge and an unwavering belief in his vision, Saji took the leap. He founded his own organization, All About Logistics. Starting with a small, dedicated team, he poured his energy and expertise into building the company from the ground up. His approach was hands-on; his leadership, inspiring. All About Logistics wasn’t just a business name — it was a promise of comprehensive, efficient, and client-focused solutions. The market responded. The company grew, carving out a niche for itself through reliability and innovation.

Saji recognized the critical role of warehousing in the supply chain. With the same meticulous planning and foresight, he established a state-of-the-art warehouse facility. This new venture, too, flourished under his guidance, becoming a vital link in the logistical services he offered.

But Saji’s ambitions weren’t confined by geographical borders. With his Indian operations thriving, his gaze turned toward international opportunities. The dynamic business landscape of Dubai beckoned. Embracing the challenge, he launched his next enterprise, AASI, in the bustling emirate. By offering tailored solutions to meet the needs of the Middle East’s fast-paced commercial sector, AASI forged key trade connections across the Gulf and Asia. The company played a pivotal role in bridging regional demand with global markets, establishing itself as a trusted logistics partner in the region.
